We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Advertising Portfolio Manager.

Amazon is a global e-commerce leader, operating in a diverse and fast-paced environment. Our Ads Success Team assists advertisers in achieving their business goals through Sponsored Ads and account management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, taking ownership of Standard and High Value advertisers. You will analyze account performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions to increase efficiency and meet clients' KPIs.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Product teams, to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance. Additionally, you will prepare documents on best practices, SOPs, and frameworks for innovation, as well as identify opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising's product based on customer feedback and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking complete ownership for a portfolio of accounts – Standard and High Value advertisers
  • Reviewing every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the current level of performance
  • Engaging with advertisers/in-country Account Manager to understand their advertising goals and expectations from the program
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to flawlessly execute end-to-end ad optimization
  • Analyzing account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions
  • Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, +2 years related work experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Experience in a data and results-oriented environment with external customer interaction is also preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.
