About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Performance Manager to join our team at Amazon. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

Job Description
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including Standard and High Value advertisers, to ensure optimal ad performance and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Product teams, to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
  • Analyze account performance using data-driven insights to recommend and implement optimization solutions.
  • Communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights to drive future campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Digital Advertising or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
