Job Summary

We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Trainee to support our Shopper Marketing Specialists in preparing and implementing winning shopper activation plans. The successful candidate will analyze sales data, create promotional materials, and monitor stock levels to increase market share and deliver budgeted sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Analysis

Conduct thorough sales analysis of categories in which we compete, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Promotional Activity Monitoring

Regularly monitor promotional activity and visibility placement at the point of sale, ensuring that our products are well-represented and easily accessible to consumers.

Support to the Department

Assist the department in creating promotional calendars, managing materials and promotions, and ensuring compliance with internal purchasing regulations.

Stock Monitoring

Monitor stock levels of materials and promotions to prevent stockouts and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Internal Procedures

Support the implementation of internal procedures, including the creation of purchase orders, request for quotations, and compliance with internal purchasing regulations.

Delivery and Shipping

Monitor delivery times and shipments of materials to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Category Management

Support the Category Management plan in the pharmacy and mass market channels, reviewing assortments and constructing sales arguments for the sales team.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Language Proficiency

C1 level of English is required.

Academic Record

A good academic record is essential.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of the Office package, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

Soft Skills

Proactivity, willingness to learn, teamwork, organization, and deadline management are essential skills for this role.
