Role and Responsibilities

As a Marketing Trainee, you will be based in our offices in Madrid and will report directly to the B2B Marketing Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the marketing team in developing and executing leads acquisition strategies in the Irish and British markets.
  2. Creating engaging content for email, inbound, and social media campaigns.
  3. Designing and creating graphic materials, including copies and designs.
  4. Supporting the launch of campaigns across various channels and markets.
  5. Assisting with events, particularly fairs and congresses.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with the following qualifications:

  1. Native English speaker, with Spanish as a plus.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, including web, design, content marketing, SEO, social media, and more.
  3. Excellent writing skills, with a strong command of orthography and grammar.
  4. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  5. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
  6. Self-motivation and a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  8. Experience with marketing automation, workflows, and inbound marketing.
Conditions

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a fixed and variable component. The ideal candidate will have full-time availability and be willing to work in a hybrid environment, with the possibility of working from home one day a week. The position is based in Madrid, with a minimum duration of 6 months. There are opportunities for a permanent contract and a remuneration of 500€ for full-time work.
