The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Trainee to join our team. As a Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of promotional materials to our sales team, supporting the marketing team in the creation of promotional materials, and coordinating business unit meetings and events with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the process of delivery of promotional materials to the sales team
  • Support the marketing team in the creation of promotional materials
  • Coordinate business unit meetings and events with customers
  • Manage and follow up of contracts with vendors, HCP
  • Support in the digital tactical plan for each part of the business
  • Control and monitoring of marketing budget expenditure
  • Market Analysis: sell-out data, investment, pharmacy benchmark, social media, etc.
  • Support in the monthly forecast review
  • Added Value services coordination with sales team and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Currently being enrolled in a Master's degree course in a Marketing related area
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Advanced English level, both written and spoken
  • Collaboration agreement between the University and the company
