About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ENSTROGA. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our management and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including taking notes, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage and maintain our diaries, calendars, and schedules, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming mail, correspondence, and other administrative tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including visas, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare and file documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative and business support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure, with a high-energy approach to getting things done.
  • Great communication and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Logical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Computer literacy, with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
