**About Us**

Let Us Ibiza is a boutique real estate agency specializing in finding second homes for buyers worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary**

The Office Manager will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including administrative duties, marketing support, and sales assistance. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administrative tasks, including reconciliations and cost overviews
  • Marketing assistance, including event planning and coordination
  • Office management, including ordering and inventory control
  • Sales assistance, including open houses and property viewings
  • After-sales support and customer service

**Requirements**

  • At least three years of experience in office management, customer sales, property management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in software, including email, cloud platforms, and Excel
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
