About the Role

Lionsgate Capital is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Systems Management: Maintain our CRM system, handle documents, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with our team to coordinate appointments, meetings, and provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Client Onboarding and Relationship Management: Assist our Business Development team with client onboarding and maintain strong relationships with collaborators and partners.
  • Business Development and Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and generate new business opportunities through networking and other initiatives.
  • Communication and Reception: Screen and manage incoming calls, mail, and parcel deliveries, welcome office guests, and prepare tea and coffee.
  • Office Maintenance and Organization: Organize and prepare boardrooms for meetings, supervise the maintenance and tidiness of office areas, and interact with suppliers and personnel as needed.
