Key Responsibilities- Centralize customer relations in the Order to Cash process, providing information on order status, products, deliveries, stock, invoices, and collections.
- Manage Order & Delivery management process, resolving issues to create sales orders, reviewing and unblocking orders for delivery.
- Manage incidences or delays in the order delivery process, modifying orders and deliveries, interacting with the Logistics Department, and following up on faults.
- Transport management, preparing orders for delivery, following up on orders, and managing customer information.
- Invoice management, reviewing and unblocking orders for invoicing and generating billing documents.
- Manage Overdue or Bad Debt.
- Claim management, receiving, analyzing, registering, and resolving customer complaints.
- Desired university studies with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Back Office or Customer Service with related functions, preferably in the luxury sector or similar.
- Mandatory fluency in French and English, with Spanish as a secondary language.
- Problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work with a high volume of work.
