Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives as needed.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop a qualified target account list.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of Salesforce's products and services.
  • Drive growth and revenue within existing assigned accounts through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in software or business applications, with a strong track record of success in cross-industry sales.
  • Proven sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Spanish market.
  • Successful history of net new business sales and a background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English, with Catalan proficiency highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales methodology education and experience.
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
