As Total Reward Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting the total rewards agenda across the region, driving effective implementation and communication of total reward programs and processes. This includes annual compensation review, short- and long-term incentive plans, budgeting, and ensuring regional people & culture teams are equipped to support the business.
You will be responsible for position evaluation and compensation benchmarking activities, including survey participation and delivering fair and competitive benchmark data. Additionally, you will act as a total reward subject matter expert for the region, monitoring external trends and best practices.
This role requires a strong analytical skillset, paired with the ability to build a story based on data and internal/external contexts. Experience working in a multinational organization with multiple lines of business spanning the full value chain is essential. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, with any other language spoken in the EMEA region being a plus.
With a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.
In this role, you will be part of the EMEA People & Culture team and the Global Contribute (Total Reward) team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders in a global and matrix organizational structure, adapting to changing needs and driving results.
