About the Role
This position is part of the internal full-cycle sales team at SplitMetrics Inc. and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize lead generation and develop a strategic sales approach.
- Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, and independent research.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect.
- Set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities for the business.
- Conduct qualification/discovery calls with prospects to identify their pain points and needs.
- Follow up with new prospects to identify new potential needs and opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline by updating all activity in the CRM system.
- Experiment with new and creative prospecting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth client journey and exceptional customer experience.
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a sales development, business development, or quota-carrying sales role.
- Experience with outbound lead generation and sales techniques.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales tools and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or under supervision and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Time management skills and a hunger for feedback and coaching.
