About the Role

This position is part of the internal full-cycle sales team at SplitMetrics Inc. and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize lead generation and develop a strategic sales approach.
  • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, and independent research.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect.
  • Set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities for the business.
  • Conduct qualification/discovery calls with prospects to identify their pain points and needs.
  • Follow up with new prospects to identify new potential needs and opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by updating all activity in the CRM system.
  • Experiment with new and creative prospecting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth client journey and exceptional customer experience.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a sales development, business development, or quota-carrying sales role.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation and sales techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or under supervision and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Time management skills and a hunger for feedback and coaching.
