Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate organizational tasks for our clients, including payroll, finance, and general administration.
- Communicate with clients and help them resolve bureaucratic and legislative issues.
- Identify additional client needs and develop our offer and sales of administrative services.
- Ensure finance administration, filing, and documentation are in order.
- Proactively take initiatives to solve delivery-related risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Previous accounting and payroll experience.
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Spanish, with proficiency in Swedish a plus.
- Familiarity with Spain labor law and working conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented, analytical, and able to handle new challenges.
