We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual European Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team at PartsPlus UK. As a key member of our Ecommerce team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our European customers via various online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone for our German, Italian, Spanish, and French online channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues received through our European eBay, Amazon, and ecommerce web shop.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with couriers regarding outbound, lost, or damaged shipments in transit.
  • Coordinate orders on internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with external ecommerce partners to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Fluency in either German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Zendesk, eBay, and Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of vehicle car parts is a plus.
