Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone for our German, Italian, Spanish, and French online channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues received through our European eBay, Amazon, and ecommerce web shop.
- Process returns, exchanges, and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with couriers regarding outbound, lost, or damaged shipments in transit.
- Coordinate orders on internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with external ecommerce partners to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Fluency in either German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Zendesk, eBay, and Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of vehicle car parts is a plus.
