Customer Engagement Specialist - Seville Office
At Lamaignere, we are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance our commercial department. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in expanding and nurturing our client base, with the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Managing the client database and developing targeted marketing campaigns for existing and prospective clients. Engaging new clients and maintaining ongoing communication, keeping them informed about updates and new offerings from the company. Preparing proposals and soliciting pricing from vendors and partners. Estimating service costs and collecting necessary documentation for shipments. Processing invoices for both suppliers and clients. Delivering logistical support, comparing costs to facilitate collections. Reconnecting with dormant clients.Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in similar positions and telephone sales. Proficient in the Office suite. Strong commercial acumen and a high level of customer focus.Why Consider This Role
