About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Green Eagle Solutions S.L. as a Technical Support Representative. As a Customer Care Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support teams and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions to inform product development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and functionalities to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) at a C1 level.
  • Availability to work rotating overnight shifts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical degree in IT or engineering or equivalent experience in administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols, OS management, databases, data analytics, and SCADA systems.
  • Knowledge of the energy sector and its challenges.
