We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium-sized to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
- Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and aware of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices for successful implementations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and drive innovation.
- 4+ years of experience in SF EC module.
- At least one end-to-end implementation in SuccessFactors Time tracking (time-sheets module).
- SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- High level of English language (at least B2-C1).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
