We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Senior EC Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

Key responsibilities include guiding clients on SAP best practices and innovations, designing and configuring the SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices, and facilitating workshops and training sessions for client's key users. Additionally, you will ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.

Requirements include experience in SF EC module 4+ years, at least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC, and SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus. A good understanding of HR processes, high level of English language (at least B2-C1), and excellent communication skills are also essential. If you are enthusiastic and proactive for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology, and have the ability to work autonomously and take initiative, we encourage you to apply.
