Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for working on medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
  • Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, while being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client's key users.
  • Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience in SF EC module 4+ years.
  • At least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Time tracking (time-sheets module).
  • SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
  • High level of English language (at least B2-C1).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology.
  • You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
  • You enjoy working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
