What We're Looking For
  • Experience in SF EC module with at least 4 years of experience
  • At least one end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC
  • SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus
  • Good understanding of HR processes
  • High level of English language (at least B2-C1)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Interest in working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself to continuously improve
Responsibilities
  • Work on medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients
  • Participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending on your skills
  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central
  • Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations while being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
  • Design and configure the SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client's key users
  • Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support
  • Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
