Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Senior EC Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions for medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale Employee Central implementations across high-profile clients.
  • Participate and lead international projects related to Employee Central and other modules, depending on your skills.
  • Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and aware of other HR technologies.
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs, design and configure the SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices, and ensure successful implementations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience in SF EC module with at least 4 years of experience.
  • At least one end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC.
  • SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
  • High level of English language (at least B2-C1).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
