We are seeking a highly skilled Sap Successfactors Senior Ec Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

You will have the opportunity to participate and lead international projects related to the area and other modules depending on your skills. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in Employee Central and be able to implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key responsibilities will include guiding clients on Sap best practices and innovations, facilitating client process walkthroughs, designing and configuring the SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices, and ensuring effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.

Requirements:


  • Experience in SF EC module 4+ years.
  • At least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC.
  • SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
  • High level of English language (at least B2-C1).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with Sap's latest technology.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
