Digital Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Account Manager to join our team at Softwareone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our SME clients, understanding their needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients.
- Service Delivery: Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Reneal Strategy: Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each client, leading negotiations to secure contract renewals.
- Escaleation Resolution: Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems.
- Account Coverage: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes, identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements:

- Experience in selling Technology: Products, and Services.
- Strong Verbal Communication and Negotiation Skills.
