About the Role

SAP is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Quality Manager to join our team. As a Technical Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our solutions and services, working closely with our customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on quality management best practices
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks and issues

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in the software industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
