Key Responsibilities- Lead the Premium Engagement program, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support or execute analysis of customer situations and requirements, including business, technical, and operational topics.
- Develop and execute engagement plans, creating value propositions and securing customer alignment.
- Ensure engagement quality and execution, including governance, issue management, and executive reporting.
- Execute engineering services, including design, optimization, assessment, and technical integration.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate delivery activities.
- Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise.
- 8+ years of experience with SAP's Enterprise Solutions, Industry Solutions, Platform Solutions, SaaS Solutions, Third-Party Technologies, or Partner Technologies.
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform preferred.
- SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices.
- Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects.
- Pre-sales, Solutioning, Procurement, Contract Lifecycles, Contract Renewals, and Customer Retention experience.
- Experience working with c-levels, senior leaders, influencers, and believed advisors.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math, Economics, or Business Management.
- Strong English Proficiency.
- Strong Spanish Proficiency.
