About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Reconocida empresa. This individual will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key e-commerce clients, driving revenue growth, and strategically expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key e-commerce clients.
    - Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities for value-added solutions.
    - Drive customer success, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  2. Business Expansion:
    - Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence within the e-commerce sector.
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
  3. Strategic Planning:
    - Contribute to the development of strategic plans for market expansion and client acquisition (set annual sales and EBITDA targets).
    - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    - Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services.
    - Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to address concerns and drive solutions.
  5. Potential for Advancement:
    - Demonstrate leadership qualities and potential to transition into a Country Manager role.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management within the e-commerce industry.
  3. Strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems or related technology solutions is advantageous.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Fluent in Spanish and English.
