Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Reconocida Empresa. This individual will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key e-commerce clients, driving revenue growth, and strategically expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for value-added solutions.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence within the e-commerce sector, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for market expansion and client acquisition, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems or related technology solutions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
