We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Client Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Job Summary:

The International Client Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will provide timely and accurate resolutions to ensure client satisfaction and uphold service levels. You will also collaborate with your team on exciting projects to enhance the overall client experience.

Your primary goal will be to deliver excellent customer service, maintain detailed records of interactions, and stay up-to-date with our products and services. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 per year, based on performance and experience, plus 23 days of paid annual leave to enjoy the sun and sea in Barcelona. Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to ensure client satisfaction and uphold service levels

  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services
Requirements:
  • Candidates fluent in Dutch with strong English skills (B2 or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (automotive industry experience or familiarity with electric vehicles is a plus)
  • Competency with IT platforms, MS Office, and basic internet configurations
  • A customer-focused approach with strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution or escalate when necessary
