Sales Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Expert to join our APAC team in the ANZ market. In this role, you will drive the development and growth of our business in the region, leveraging your strong sales skills and industry knowledge.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dotdigital's platform features, industry trends, and pricing plans.
  • Generate and identify new sales opportunities through multiple outbound channels and strategies.
  • Build and manage an active pipeline through the sales cycle to deal close.
  • Deliver against monthly sales targets and pipeline commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including management, marketing, inside sales, sales engineering, channel managers, and delivery teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a target-driven new business sales role, meeting and exceeding sales quota in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with internal teams to close new business.
  • Strong phone sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship, with English fluency.

About You:

We are looking for ambitious, mid-market new business sales individuals with a hunter mentality, experienced with SME, and a SaaS sales background. Experience selling digital technology and service solutions would be beneficial.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of a 15-minute screening call with a People Success Partner, followed by a 1-hour interview with the Head of Sales - ANZ, and a 1-hour interview task with the Head of Sales - ANZ Leadership.
