About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team in Spain. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Paid Media strategy to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new B2B clients through effective management of all paid marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, affiliates, display, video). This role requires strong analytical skills, including hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of Paid Marketing campaigns, including planning, strategy development, account setup, execution, and analysis
  • Track and optimize campaign ROI, manage budget and deadlines, and recommend modifications to ad spends and channel selection
  • Collaborate with Sales Development teams to improve campaigns and ROI
  • Lead test and learn projects to inform best practices, bringing new ideas, adding channels, and testing trends
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in SaaS companies, B2B, and Lead generation
  • Tactical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data quickly
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Experience running large-scale, performance-oriented PPC campaigns with a monthly budget of over €100,000
  • Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be adaptable
  • Hands-on in copywriting and great design taste to ensure our brand and value proposition are communicated effectively and to maximize conversion
  • Extensive experience managing paid search placements, including SEM (text ads/PPC), Facebook ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Self-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing a continuous improvement approach
