Digital Media Sales Lead

Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager, Digital Media & AdTech, Destinations Southern Europe
About the Role:
The Sr. Sales Manager is responsible for driving media and BI opportunities, meeting revenue targets, and growth goals for the area. They will be the primary relationship holder with Destination (DMO) clients from country to city level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across 3 core products: Consumer Digital Media B2C, Travel Seller Media B2B, and BI and Data Products.
- Manage relationships, pipeline, and revenue attainment from existing clients as well as new business development.
- Participate in the preparation of the long-term plan (sales forecast and solutions based on customer feedback) and definition of the sales plan.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives.
- Coordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up.
- Perform market and competitor analysis.
About You:
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the Programmatic/AdTech Media industry and previous experience working with Destinations/Tourism Boards/Airlines (marketing) and media agencies. They are commercially driven, with a history of reaching and overachieving sales quotas.
