We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Project Manager to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer onboarding projects on our IT Service Management (ITSM) ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of customer onboarding on the ITSM platform.
- Collect requirements from customer account teams.
- Design ITSM ServiceNow onboarding project plans with internal transition teams and customers.
- Run due diligence with customers.
- Configure the ITSM ServiceNow platform according to customer requirements.
- Adapt workflows as needed.
- Support UAT and production phases.
- Establish and ensure that appropriate client onboarding processes are used on the HP ITSM tool.
- Report to deal transition managers or account delivery managers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing IT/transition implementation projects.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or IT/IS.
- ITSM admin and config experience, preferably with ServiceNow.
Desired Skills:
- Basic project management skills.
- Problem analysis and resolution.
- Knowledge of ITIL tools and big databases, preferably ServiceNow.
- Solid Excel skills.
- Customer focus.
- Presentation design and delivery.
- Influencing management to define customer needs.
- JAVA programming expertise/experience.
- Computing degree.
- ITIL foundation.
- Testing/QA experience.
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
- PMP and ITIL certifications a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications a plus.
