Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and oversee the design, deployment, and delivery of projects of medium and high complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT solutions that meet business requirements, while effectively managing project teams and ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Manage diverse sets of senior stakeholders in the organization by effectively displaying excellence in soft skills.
  • Execute innovative, impactful, cost-effective, and measurable programs, tightly aligned to business objectives.
  • Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, manage risks and issues, and ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools, and practices.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business, or similar.
  • Certified in PMP or Agile/Scrum or PRINCE 2 is preferred.
  • Prior experience in delivering GxP solutions within a global drug development clinical IT landscape is desirable.
  • Knowledge of clinical development operations systems, processes, and tools is desirable.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in matrixed teams to deliver projects with interdependencies like integration components.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to help the Program lead/portfolio lead to structure plan, estimate, deliver, deploy, and operate the project as required.
