Administrative Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Placement to join our Aftermarket Sales team in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid. As an Administrative Co-Op Student with Cummins Inc., you will gain valuable experience in a professional sales environment, enhancing your resume with hands-on experience in the technical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing warranties with customers
- Handling technical offers
- Supporting the Aftermarket Sales Department in various tasks
- Collaborating with the next appropriate level of aftermarket support to seek resolution to challenging enquiries
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in managing customer relationships and technical offers, working with a leading multinational company in the field. Your daily tasks may include maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the appropriate database/system and identifying areas for process improvement to share with your Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Engineering, Sales or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English (C1 preferred)
This placement is an excellent fit if you have the ability to understand data, solve problems, and think innovatively. A driving license and car are preferred but not required.
$45,000 per year (estimated salary range based on location and industry standards)
