Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Orbit program, ensuring its alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of Value Engineers and leaders, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Recruit and develop top talent, focusing on individuals with a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and process knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, drive sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets.
- Communicate success and risks proactively within the organization, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Domain expertise in business domains such as Finance or Supply Chain, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to guide customers through their analytical journey and accelerate value realization.
- Project management skills, with the ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines.
- Executive stakeholder management, with experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management.
- Value selling experience, with the ability to demonstrate value selling methodology alongside the customer journey.
- Sales commercial acumen, with the ability to qualify VE engagements, do discovery with customers directly, and steer/allocate resources efficiently.
