About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Value Engineering for Global Programs to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our Global Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing our new grad program (Orbit) and leading the global Orbit management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Orbit program, including budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Recruit and develop top talent for the Orbit program, focusing on building a diverse and skilled team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and program sponsors.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing large-scale programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
