About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Value Engineering for our Global Orbit Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our value engineering strategy, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive value engineering strategy to drive business growth and customer value
  • Lead a team of value engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and services to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategic plans to address them
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in value engineering and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization
Requirements
  • Proven experience in value engineering, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and customer value
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
