About the Role

Celonis is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Orbit Program as Director of Value Engineering. As a key member of our Value Engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our Orbit program, which aims to deliver immediate cash impact, improve customer experience, and reduce carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Orbit program, ensuring alignment with Celonis' overall business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of Value Engineers in developing and delivering process mining solutions that drive business value for our customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and value realization.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the Orbit program.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  2. Strong understanding of process mining technology and its applications in driving business value.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  5. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
