About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Value Engineering to lead our Global Orbit Program. As a key member of our Value Engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our Orbit program, which aims to deliver immediate cash impact, improve customer experience, and reduce carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Orbit program, ensuring alignment with Celonis' business objectives.
  • Lead a team of Value Engineers to deliver high-quality results, driving customer value realization and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and value creation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the Orbit program.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in value engineering, process mining, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience working with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive value realization and adoption.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the process mining industry and its applications.
