About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Chef de Partie and kitchen staff in preparing and delivering high-quality cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Help manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food, and maintaining a clean and organized work station.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for your section, ensuring ingredients are available and fresh, and assist with inventory checks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods, and support the training of junior kitchen staff and kitchen porters as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen, ensuring food preparation areas are safe and hazard-free.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen, preferably as a Commis Chef or in a similar position.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and dishes, with excellent organizational skills and time management.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
