As Commercial Sales Manager for Northumbrian Roads, you will drive commercial strategy for Asphalt sales and Contracting.

The Opportunity: You will lead business development, customer management, and strategic growth. You'll play a key role in nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring top-tier service, and uncovering growth opportunities across the North East region. Your main objective is to develop a diverse portfolio of clients, helping our business stay strong and adaptable. To achieve this, you will oversee contracts from tender to handover, focusing on quality, compliance, and safety.

You know how to connect with clients, making them feel valued and confident in the service you provide. You're skilled at spotting potential growth areas and bringing ideas to life with ease. You work well with others, communicating seamlessly across teams to align strategies and keep things moving forward smoothly. Benefits: Competitive salary  £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus bonus, 25 days holiday (plus local bank holidays) and other benefits, recognising your contribution to the team's success.
