Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector

Are you a native Dutch speaker with a passion for customer service? Do you have a good level of English and a strong interest in the banking sector? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and technical complaints related to online banking and the phone app.
- Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions and assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud.
- Maintain security procedures around sensitive data and utilize call and email channels to assist clients.
- Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system.

Requirements:
- A native level of Dutch and a good level of English.
