Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients of one of the world's leading financial services providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app
  • Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions
  • Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures
  • Utilize call and email channels to assist clients
  • Maintain security procedures around sensitive data
  • Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system
