As a Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector, you will be the first point of contact for clients of a leading financial services provider. Your responsibilities will include handling client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app. You will provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions, assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud, and maintain security procedures around sensitive data.

* Full-time rotative shifts, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and weekends from 9:00 to 17:00. 5 days a week, 2 weekends a month.

Requirements:

* A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
* Having interest in the banking sector

* Being able to handle sensitive data reliably
