Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client inquiries and technical complaints related to online banking and phone app
  • Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions and assist clients with card, account, and payment-related issues
  • Utilize call and email channels to assist clients and maintain security procedures around sensitive data
  • Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system

  • Full-time rotative shifts, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and weekends from 9:00 to 17:00

Requirements:
  • A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
  • Interest in the banking sector
