Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app
- Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions
- Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures
- Utilize call and email channels to assist clients
- Maintain security procedures around sensitive data
- Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system
- Type of contract: Indefinido
- Fulltime rotative shifts, Mon-Fr from 09:00 to 18:00 and weekends from 9:00 to 17:00
