Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client inquiries and technical complaints related to online banking and phone apps
  • Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions and assist clients with account-related issues
  • Maintain security procedures around sensitive data and ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients
  • Utilize call and email channels to assist clients and provide timely responses

Requirements:
  • Native level of Dutch and good level of English
