Sales Representative for Lenovo eCommerce UK and Ireland

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team for Lenovo eCommerce UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to end-user clients through inbound and outbound phone calls and chats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closing incoming sales opportunities to meet short-term goals, objectives, and quotas
- Performing outbound calls proactively and when requested by the business to new and existing customer install base
- Assisting customers with order placement, providing product information and advice related to products and services that best suit the customers' needs
- Following up on leads generated from the Customer Service Team or other departments
- Providing an excellent customer experience from the initial call to the final sale closure
- Identifying opportunities to up and cross-sell products as per customers' requirements
- Completing call logs and reports where required
- Ensuring that products, services, and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs
- Offering a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales, Quality, and Productivity
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a Sales Support or similar role, preferably in the IT sector
- Native/Fluent English language (any additional European language is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
- Entrepreneurial mind, highly persuasive, and highly motivated to close sales
