Within the Antima Group, we also own a high-end furniture and interior design company. This company offers an exclusive range of furniture, décor, and lifestyle products at its flagship store, while providing bespoke interior design services to clients worldwide.

The Role: High-Level Office Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team in a high-level management capacity. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our office and work closely with the Group's CEO and CFO to ensure the company operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage key aspects of the organization's day-to-day functions, support critical financial processes, and play a critical role in maintaining the overall health of the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Strategy Partnership with the CEO**: Collaborate closely with the CEO to streamline processes, manage priorities, and execute strategic initiatives.
2. **Financial Oversight**: Report directly to the CFO with timely and accurate financial reports, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
3. **Office Administration**: Oversee daily office operations to ensure the environment is organized and efficient, and serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
4. **HR and Employee Relations**: Handle typical Human Resources tasks, including onboarding and maintaining employee records, and support the team's well-being by organizing events and managing office policies.
5. **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute team events, meetings, and celebrations.
