Job DescriptionThe Strategic Product Development Leader will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing product support or solution portfolios that meet evolving customer demands and drive profitable growth.
- Collaborating with global teams to formulate and implement innovative services and solutions that address market needs.
- Analyzing business data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance business performance.
- Establishing and managing service level agreements to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
